Clever is an easy way for students and teachers to access the learning applications they use at school in a single location: the Clever Portal. Clever includes links to online textbooks, Office 365 Applications (OneDrive, Teams, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, etc.), Skyward and various technology resources. Clever requires a student username/password.
Destiny Library Manager is an easy-to-use web-based library automation and management solution that offers integrated circulation, cataloging, searching, reporting, and library management to help the library work efficiently. This link will only work within the district.
Help Ticket (in district only)
The Helpdesk is to help Macomb School District employees with technology requests.All technology requests must go through the Helpdesk in order for the Technology Department to be efficient and effective. Helpdesk tickets take priority. We try our best to get to requests in a timely manner, and the Helpdesk system helps us divide the work load and get tickets closed as quickly as possible. Thank you in advance for your cooperation. There are two ways to access the Helpdesk system:
- You will find an icon on your computer labeled Tech Helpdesk.
- Type http://help (while in District) into the browser bar of your computer. Only the first time will you need to type http:// so it is directed to the right location, after the first time you will be able to just type help. (If you type “help” the first time in the browser it will search for “help”.)
Before submitting a help ticket it may be helpful to first reboot your computer.
